Detail from the latest Anastylosis Project drawing, The Baptistery of Saint John, in Florence, Italy. The Baptistery is an exquisite octagonal building adjacent to the Duomo, Florence’s much-loved, iconic cathedral. It’s interior is a riot of inlaid, patterned floors and specatacular mosaic. The completed, thirteen-panel Baptistery drawing was first shown in January 2018 at the University of Northern Iowa.
